Karda Reserve (Campground)
Karda Reserve is approximately 20 km north east of Jurien Bay and is a great place to base yourself to explore the natural attractions and seasonal wildflowers of the region. Karda is also great for stargazing and astrophotography due to its distance from town and proximity to pristine nature reserves.
Karda is adjacent to the Lesueur National Park and close to Coomallo Nature Reserve and Hill River Nature Reserve. The campground is accessed via Banovich Road (off Jurien East Road). Banovich Road is unsealed but suitable for caravans and trailers. The campground is open from 1 April to 31 October each year.
There are 31 campsites each with a picnic table and firepit (wood is supplied). Long-drop toilets are scattered throughout.
